manna honey, (extrafloral), coming from other parts of plant but flowers; it can come from animal or plant.

After melliferous plant species from which bees gathered nectar:

single flower honey, coming in total, (or a big part of it), from nectar of flower belonging to one species: (e.g. acacia, linden, sunflower, mint)
multiple flowers honey, coming from processing a kind of nectar from many species of plants.

After getting method:

in combs,
free drained from combs,
extracting using spinning method,
obtaining by pressing combs,
melted (combs are heated).

After consistency:

liquid (fluid),
crystallized (candied).
